All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options displayed during checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship orders within the state of Utah only. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for items lost or damaged during transit. If an issue occurs, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
5. Refunds and Returns
Because our toffee is a perishable product, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at betsandkatetoffee@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please read ingredient labels carefully before consuming our products.
